We're seeking experienced diesel mechanics to join our team. EBT mechanics are responsible for conducting comprehensive diagnostics, executing repairs, and performing maintenance tasks on our fleet of company vehicles
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to assess vehicle condition, identifying worn or damaged components.
Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks on our fleet trucks and other company vehicles to ensure DOT compliance and optimal performance.
Install, adjust, and align various vehicle systems including power and drive trains, electrical systems, fuel systems, exhaust systems, brakes, steering, and hydraulics.
Conduct test drives and visual inspections to verify vehicle performance and identify any additional issues.
Maintain detailed records of service and repair orders.
Ensure all shop equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Manage inventory of supplies, placing orders as needed.
Contribute to the maintenance department's reputation by accomplishing tasks efficiently and effectively, and exploring opportunities for improvement.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
Provide regular updates to the shop manager or site manager on repairs and maintenance progress.

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of Diesel Technician experience.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with DOT inspection requirements.
Understanding of safety practices and procedures.
Ability to thrive in a physically demanding environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; Class B license is a plus.
