Requirements

• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a good driving record (0 points preferred. Up to 2 points considered with Decision Driving Course and obtaining at least 4 credit points)
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug test
• Must be able to obtain a CDL A license
• Must be willing to sign a Training Contract with a co-signer (cannot be spouse)
• Must be able to stay with Buchta for 1 year after the end of training for it to be free. (If you leave early, you will be charged $5,500)

Let Buchta get you trained, on the road, and earning money! The training is FREE*! Let’s help get you on the road and making money!

• While training, the driver will be paid $12.50 an hour

• During training, after the driver obtains CDL A, the driver will be paid $13.75 an hour

• After being released from training, the driver will be paid 27% of the tonnage of the load.
